MARYBELL RAMIREZ, APRN-FPA, FNP-C Family Nurse Practitioner Marybell has been dedicated to patient-centered nursing care for over 15 years. She graduated from the nursing program at the City Colleges of Chicago in 2011. Earned a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Purdue University in 2015 and became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018, earning a Master of Science in Nursing from Chamberlain University College of Nursing. Her clinical background includes family practice, home health care, ophthalmology, wound care, foot care, and wellness medicine, with a strong emphasis on preventive health and long-term wellness. Her approach focuses on comprehensive wellness evaluations that go beyond routine care, prioritizing early detection, preventive screenings, and proactive health management. Marybell is committed to patient education, attentive listening, and empowering individuals to make informed decisions about their health. Each visit begins with a consultation tailored to the patient’s concerns, goals, and health needs, with recommendations for treatment and follow-up as appropriate. On-site lab testing is available for added convenience, allowing patients to complete diagnostics in one location. Care options include same-day visits, telehealth appointments, and in-office services. At-home care and concierge after-hours services are available by request based on provider availability and clinical need. Altar Healthcare provides home (mobile) and clinic-based wound care, diabetic foot care, Medicare at-risk foot care, pressure ulcer treatment, vitamin/mineral/antioxidant/amino acids/co-enzymes injections, Lipo-B injections, IV hydration therapy, hair restoration assistance, and various aesthetic regenerative treatments including microneedling for patients throughout the south Chicago-land area, south suburbs of Chicago, including Evergreen Park, Burbank, Bridgeview, Hickory Hills, Palos Park, Palos Heights, Tinley Park, Orland Park, Frankfort, Mokena, Homer Glen, and surrounding communities. PAYMENT OPTIONS: Altar Healthcare accepts Traditional Medicare, BCBS Medicare Advantage, and United Healthcare Medicare Advantage. For Medicare-covered services, patients are responsible at time of service, only for applicable deductibles, coinsurance, and any services Medicare does not cover. Payment is due in full at the time of service. As a courtesy, we can submit a claim to your insurance company for medical services rendered, when your plan permits it. Your plan determines whether you are eligible for reimbursement and how much it will pay; reimbursement is not guaranteed. If your insurer pays us directly after you have paid for medical services, we will refund any amount owed to you once the claim is processed.
